The International Field Marketing Principal requires 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success leading international or regional programs. Proven ability to act as a marketing leader for a region, balancing strategic planning, creative execution, and cross-functional alignment is essential, along with a strong understanding of regional differences in marketing, customer behavior, and event execution across EMEA, APAC, or LATAM markets. A demonstrated track record of driving pipeline and revenue through targeted field programs and event marketing is also needed, alongside excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
The International Field Marketing Principal is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive pipeline, and accelerate revenue across global markets outside North America. This includes defining and managing a localized field marketing and ABM strategy, executing integrated regional event programs, leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, collaborating with sales, partner, and customer success teams, owning regional marketing planning, budget management, and ROI tracking, and demonstrating clear impact on pipeline and business goals.
