Requirements

5-7+ years of progressive experience in a high-growth tech environment
Direct, hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
Expert-level knowledge of Jira
Deep understanding of SDLC and multiple agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven track record of transforming a team's delivery process

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects across modern technology stack
Manage projects using continuous delivery methodologies
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues and dependencies
Facilitate efficient meetings and decision-making forums with internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous process improvement and adoption of best practices in delivery methodology
Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across internal teams
Partner with Business Systems Analysts to translate business goals into well-scoped, actionable deliverables
Provide input on system design, integrations, and user experience trade-offs
Coordinate efforts with external vendors and technology partners to meet project objectives
Leverage AI tooling to accelerate delivery, streamline documentation, and enhance team communication
