Responsibilities

  • Manage sales process from quote to order for dedicated Supplier Project to Strategic Customers
  • Ensure full support for dedicated Customers on Focus Business Areas
  • Work across all EMEA Regions in an International, multilingual Team
  • Handle Interregional Order Management and Shipments
  • Manage overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base
  • Work closely with customers to understand needs, generate accurate quotes, and ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with departments (pricing, purchasing, engineering, account managers) and external resources to deliver support and troubleshoot issues
  • Build and establish long-term business partnerships for Arrow
  • Provide Sales Excellence through development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory
