Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred. They should be able to lift 40 pounds without assistance and adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, including cleanroom protocols and requirements for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer will commute daily to customer sites in Cincinnati, Ohio, providing excellent service and building positive customer relationships. They will perform planned maintenance inspections, implement repairs, solve instrument issues, complete preventive maintenance, and document repair actions while maintaining an approved parts inventory and ensuring calibration of tools and test equipment. Additionally, they will participate in training, mentoring, and shadowing opportunities, align with Environment Health and Safety requirements, and communicate regularly with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
