Engineer II, Field Service

Candidates should possess a two-year technical degree preferred and a minimum of 2+ years of field experience with Compressors and Rotatory Equipment Product Services product line training, along with experience utilizing MarkV controls maintenance procedures for turbomachinery. Demonstrated Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Teamworking Skills are also required.
The Controls Field Service Engineer will perform installation and maintenance activities of rotating equipment in the field at customer sites primarily using MarkV systems, coordinate and oversee work at the field site providing quality service to the customer, including planning and instructions to the crew and equipment used, conduct minor/major maintenance following Service Site Quality Check Lists and procedures, serve as the primary contact for customer coordination, provide records of all activities accomplished at the customer site, execute all responsibilities safely following Service applicable processes and procedures, and conduct all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Core Values (HSE, Quality and Compliance).
