Responsibilities

The Field Applications Engineer will provide pre- and post-sales support to technical inquiries through Regional Sales Managers, encompassing technical support for qualified opportunities and product/solutions training. They will make sales calls with RSMs in market areas, recommend products and services, set strategies to combine technology for sales, and be responsible for customer, distributor, and partner training and product demos. The role involves assisting in qualifying customer reference designs, providing technical responses to RFIs and RFPs, developing training materials and application notes, conducting application demonstrations, and providing constant feedback to product management. Furthermore, they will communicate module field failures to design and development, set expectations on the product roadmap, and assist with carrier and type approval certifications.
