Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or corporate branding. Strong skills in strategic communications, campaign development, and stakeholder engagement are essential, along with experience in crafting clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences. Familiarity with change management principles and experience collaborating with HR and leadership teams are also required.

Responsibilities

The Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute the internal communication strategy, supporting Global Internal Communications at Welltech and working closely with HR and the Global Leadership Team. They will conceptualize and run campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement around organizational change, collaborate on cross-team projects to enhance company values and foster an inclusive environment, co-manage the internal comms calendar, create company-wide messages and assets, plan and coach speakers for various formats, enhance and support community management of internal channels, coordinate with a communications agency, and drive continuous improvement through feedback and metrics analysis.
