We are seeking a skilled, resilient, and creative individual to join our team as a Global Internal Communications specialist. In this role, you will shape and execute the internal communication strategy, helping employees understand and bring the organization’s purpose and strategy to life. You will also play an active role in our transformation agenda, driving change management initiatives to ensure employees feel informed, involved, and supported.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a business partner on the internal communications strategy and framework, including change management and strategic employer branding initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and run campaigns to raise awareness, engage around, and implement change, ensuring the best experience for employees and contributing to business success.
  • Collaborate and support cross-team projects to facilitate Welltech values enhancement and drive engagement (wellbeing, charity activities, Welltech ambassadors, Inclusion stories, etc.) to foster an inclusive and diverse environment.
  • Co-manage the internal comms calendar and act as an advisor for holistic internal messages, providing counsel to content contributors and leaders.
  • Create company-wide and targeted messages, crafting engaging content and assets (talking points, FAQs, slide decks, posters, etc.) aligned with Welltech's purpose and strategy.
  • Plan, organize, and coach speakers for formats such as Company Updates (Town Halls), Ask Me Anything sessions, Leadership sessions, and workshops.
  • Enhance, monitor, develop, and support community management of all relevant channels, formats, and tools (Confluence, Slack, Google templates, Google Meet, etc.), and explore new ones.
  • Coordinate with the comms agency to create visual designs, video production, infographics, and memorable internal campaigns and engagement activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement by collecting feedback, tracking key comms metrics, reviewing, and proactively contributing to communication strategy evolution.
