Requirements

  • From top-tier business or engineering school
  • First experience in a leading strategy consulting firm; exposure to Corporate Strategy / Transformation is a plus
  • Excel in data-driven problem-solving, with advanced proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Looker is a strong plus)
  • Solid business sense and good ability to take a step-back on work when needed
  • Solution-oriented and able to navigate autonomously under uncertainty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Decisions: Support leadership in making key strategic decisions by structuring and conducting in-depth analyses and market research (e.g., geo-expansion strategies, market sizing)
  • Board Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing for Board of Directors meetings by performing relevant analyses and crafting impactful presentation materials
  • Project Execution Tracking: Monitor the execution of key strategic projects, report progress to the VP of Strategy & Operations and the CEO, and help track Company OKRs
  • Internal Communication: Build compelling presentations to communicate quarterly results and priorities to the company
  • CEO Support: Provide ad hoc assistance to the CEO, such as preparing presentations for key committees
