Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day IT operations: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Engage with stakeholders: Collaborate with various parties across the region and globally to understand and address IT-related needs and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements: Analyze current processes and identify areas for automation and efficiency gains through new technologies or optimization of existing systems
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies: Research and assess new tools and technologies to determine their potential impact and benefits
  • Analyze data: Collect and analyze data to identify patterns and trends, providing insights for informed decision-making
  • Develop visualizations: Create visualizations to address operational queries and present data clearly and actionably
  • Document processes: Document processes, research findings, standards, guidelines, and best practices for knowledge sharing and consistency
  • Drive innovation and CSI initiatives: Participate in and support innovation projects and corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Support events: Assist in organizing and supporting IT-related events, workshops, and training sessions
