Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree, Degree, or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Suite is essential. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Candidates should be able to multitask and prioritize their daily workload, and possess their own transportation as occasional travel may be necessary.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Intern will perform various administrative tasks to support the HR department's daily activities. Responsibilities include gathering data to contribute to the overall hiring strategy, determining selection criteria for candidates, advertising and sourcing applicants through multiple channels, operating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), planning interview and selection procedures, organizing training planning and execution, taking minutes for domestic inquiry processes, gathering evidence of misconduct, updating employee information in the system, preparing departmental organization charts, and assisting in filing employee documents.
