Responsibilities

  • Business Systems Analysis Intern: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate business requirements into development, implementation, and enhancement of systems; identify and evaluate new IT capabilities; recommend solutions/enhancements; develop and execute quality assurance processes; manage/coordinate incident management
  • Software Engineering Intern: Design, develop, test, debug, build, and deploy enterprise-wide or Marathon-specific software; identify/document technical design requirements; leverage software engineering patterns and best practices; perform code reviews; participate in all aspects of software development including programming, system design, and technical debt management; support software development lifecycle with focus on automation, security, and continuous improvement
  • Cybersecurity Intern: Evaluate, test, monitor, and maintain IT/OT cybersecurity policies/procedures; ensure adherence to identity management processes/controls; identify security risks/exposures and suggest preventive measures; conduct risk assessments and compliance audits; investigate/remediate security incidents; determine threats, coordinate preventive actions, and mitigate risks using intelligence and technologies; identify threat actors and their techniques/tools/processes
  • Network Engineering Intern: Provide expertise in developing, implementing, and managing public and private networks; support related network responsibilities
