Requirements

Candidates should possess a demonstrated passion for investment management, be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Technology, or a related field, and ideally be in their penultimate year of study. Familiarity with diverse cultures and the ability to collaborate within a diverse environment is required, along with demonstrated accomplishments in academics, community service, and/or extracurricular activities. Highest ethical standards and integrity are essential, as is being a resourceful, creative thinker and problem solver. Fluency in English is necessary, and Chinese language skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese are preferred, with other additional Asian language skills considered advantageous. Applicants must have Hong Kong work authorization to be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

This intern will primarily perform project-based work in support of the broader team across the APAC region, gaining valuable exposure to the business and developing analytical and project management skills. They will assist the client team to act on client instructions or research, respond to client inquiries, prepare peers comparison and fund characteristics summary, help with business reporting and strategy presentations, and run business reporting. The intern will also monitor and help clean up data in sales activity monitoring tools, produce and update pitch books for meetings, coordinate the investor swing calendar and weekly teach-ins, and assist with various other tasks and projects as assigned by the team.
