The position requires a currently enrolled university student, possessing strong communication skills and a high level of responsibility, with an interest in sales work. Candidates should also have an internship verification from a US Fortune 500 company and be comfortable with flexible and independent working hours.
As an intern, the individual will schedule daily cold calls to clients, educating them about Ecolab’s position as a group supplier and understanding their chemical ordering patterns and purchasing habits. They will provide chemical introductions and training, guide clients to place orders, and encourage repeat purchases, while also identifying and relaying client needs to the business development manager. The intern will track order status through phone and WeChat follow-ups, and participate in comprehensive training courses including professional knowledge and sales skills training, gaining an understanding of hotel client operational models and basic sales content.
