Requirements

  • Based out of Lloyd Cooperate Plaza in NE Portland, OR, with travel to multiple health center locations
  • Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
  • Knowledge of federal, state, county regulations, internal policies, procedures, HIPAA, and mandatory abuse reporting laws
  • Familiarity with Health Center safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to complete required employee training

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all scheduled staff meetings, supervision sessions, and other departmental and agency meetings
  • Oversee the treatment and clinical needs of clients and provide input into treatment process when team members need additional input
  • Oversee panel goals in collaboration with TBC leadership and assigned TBC team
  • Assist staff members by helping to resolve difficult client and program situations thereby managing client risk and care
  • Serve as Leader of the Day (LOD) as scheduled, handling client calls and crises
  • Respect and honor client rights and responsibilities and demonstrate professional boundaries and ethics
  • Assist in crisis situations as appropriate, following emergency protocols/procedures and coordinating with the treatment team with interventions which support a trauma-informed environment for clients and staff
  • Organize daily activities and ensure team follows approved clinical guidelines and operational workflows
  • Demonstrate responsibility for safety of consumers, staff and property
  • Maintain knowledge of, review and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, county regulations, and internal policies and procedures
  • Assure that staff members document and maintain electronic health record (EHR) and ancillary records in a manner that assures compliance; monitor daily reports to ensure that operational and clinical documentation is timely
  • Adhere to mandatory abuse reporting laws and HIPAA requirements
  • Maintain supervision notes and various compliance reports
  • Collaborate with Quality Management/Population Health to ensure compliance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics as decided by the TBC Leadership, Population Health, and Executive Leadership
  • Provide supervision and manage employee performance, including support plans and disciplinary actions, for the Administrative Specialist and Care Coordinator as indicated
  • Conduct and document individual supervisory sessions and group supervisions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
