Responsibilities

  • Motivate direct team to excel and ensure effective communication across regional teams, aligning on objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end production, tracking key milestones such as translation requests, in-market price validation, client approvals, and delivery
  • Ensure creative teams work efficiently, managing status, risks, challenges of campaign deliverables and resources, escalating issues to Regional Producer
  • Perform quality control with comprehensive understanding of brand guidelines for delivery precision
  • Responsible for final delivery of campaign assets, performing full pre-delivery audit of files and ensuring stakeholders receive proof of delivery
  • Create bespoke timelines based on channel and market-specific lead times
  • Brief creative studio on campaign specifics, timings, and scope
  • Hold daily stand-ups with creative team for live status tracking
  • Communicate translation, creative adaptation, approvals, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders
  • Proactively assess resource needs upstream to identify potential shortfalls
  • Conduct real-time risk assessment, providing campaign feedback loop to Regional Producer
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Media Agencies
  • Support Regional Producer on project planning, status, risks, and challenges
  • Triage production issues from creative team, escalating to Regional Producer and Channel Leads
  • Oversee digital and print campaigns covering owned and bought media, managing multiple campaigns, languages, and channels
  • Drive precise campaign execution, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery
  • Support Producer on daily stand-up calls with offshore teams, ensuring production is on track and providing escalation point
  • Review global campaigns and familiarize with forecast data to drive production foresight
  • Assess resource needs for out-of-scope projects, supporting Regional Producer in resource and cost estimates
  • Ensure brand guardianship of local briefs and global guideline changes, rolling out local campaigns and re-iterating local SLAs
  • Perform robust QC on all deliverables ensuring they are on-brand, owning any creative submitted to client
  • Final delivery of campaign deliverables to media vendors and notify relevant stakeholders
  • Champion automation and future-facing ways of working
