Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably with experience in financial services, insurance, investments, or banking. They are required to hold an active, verifiable FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification, or U5 status within the 2-year FINRA window, in good standing, and demonstrate proficiency in using help desk software, fax machines, and telephone systems.
The Insurance Customer Service Representative will provide inbound customer service support, addressing complex inquiries and escalating cases as needed, research and resolve customer inquiries, perform account updates and maintenance, process and distribute mail, perform data entry and reconcile documents, collaborate with team members and customers to resolve issues, support escalation processes, provide Quality Assurance (QA) support, assist with training, and recommend improvements to procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
