The Client Care Service Representative will provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients and financial representatives via phone, email, and potentially other digital channels, delivering personalized support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions, handling both basic and intermediate inquiries, efficiently navigating multiple software applications to process requests with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, maintaining high accuracy in data entry and case management, developing professional and empathetic relationships with clients and Financial Advisors, enhancing the overall client experience and building brand loyalty, embracing change in a dynamic environment and actively contributing ideas for process enhancements, and participating in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities.
