The Insurance Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions by preparing quotes, comparing and reviewing them, entering information into a management system, and preparing documents for policy issuance. They will also manage client relationships, educate clients on policy options, conduct policy reviews, collaborate with sales teams on new business opportunities, provide quotes and proposals, maintain accurate records, and handle complex client issues and resolutions.
