Requirements

  • 2+ years of related work experience in a data conversion or ETL engineering role
  • Strong proficiency in C# to script and automate conversions
  • Extensive experience with Excel for data analysis and manipulation

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned conversions independently using templates while ensuring quality and accuracy of timelines
  • Adapt conversion processes to handle edge cases within defined scope and document nuances or mapping issues
  • Proactively identify and resolve routine issues, escalating with context when necessary to avoid blockers
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases and ensure successful outcomes
  • Maintain consistent application of SOPs, best practices, and conversion standards to protect data quality and system integrity
  • Communicate risks, progress, and technical issues clearly in both technical and non-technical language
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects, managing deliverables with minimal oversight and organizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Support teammates through peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and informal mentorship, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Suggest refinements and small process improvements to enhance efficiency, throughput, and task-level flow
  • Promote a culture of trust, adaptability, and constructive problem-solving across the department
