Candidates must be a native English speaker with experience in instructional design and learning theories, possessing proficiency in multimedia tools such as Powtoon and the Adobe Creative Suite, alongside familiarity with LMS platforms. Strong project management skills, a background in video and animation creation, and outstanding communication and presentation skills are also required, along with an established social media presence and eagerness to be on camera.
The Instructional Designer & Learning Strategist will represent Powtoon at industry events and forums, establishing themselves as a thought leader through insightful blogs, impactful webinars, and guides. They will design and produce compelling Powtoon videos, animations, and learning materials, plan and execute end-to-end learning projects, serve as Powtoon’s face on social media platforms, and advise on learning tools and trends while collaborating with the team to deliver cutting-edge learning solutions and mentor internal teams on best practices.
