PostHog is seeking a talented Post-Production Specialist to join our team and help us increase the number of successful products in the world. As a fully remote and globally distributed company, we operate across GMT-8 and GMT+2 time zones and are looking for individuals within these regions.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to shape our visual identity and video style, which is developer-first, opinionated, unique, and embraces a touch of quirkiness, often featuring hedgehogs. You will work closely with our Video Producer on all aspects of video post-production, from organizing footage to final publishing.
PostHog empowers developers to build successful products by providing a suite of tools for analysis, testing, observation, and feature deployment. Our offerings include product and web analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, a CDP, SQL access, and a data warehouse, with more innovations on the horizon. Our vision is to deliver every customer-facing product that software teams need, capture perfect customer data, and automate processes with AI.
Founded as an open-source project during Y Combinator's W20, PostHog achieved significant success with its launch on HackerNews. To date, over 175,000 companies have installed our platform. We have experienced strong growth through paid upgrades, secured substantial funding from top investors, and achieved mid-tens of millions in revenue driven by an all-inbound, word-of-mouth strategy. We are growing sustainably, maintaining approximately 10% monthly revenue growth, and remain focused on building an exceptional product and team.
