Responsibilities

  • Manage production artists, animators, and writers, guiding their career development and enhancing their skills through mentorship.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish the creative strategy and schedules for learning content.
  • Foster strong working relationships and facilitate information exchange by partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization.
  • Propose and implement innovative methods to enhance workflow and processes, enabling more efficient content creation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of creative project administration or other relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of people management and leadership experience.
  • Strong project management skills (leveraging tools like monday.com).
  • Expertise in management of the animation production process and related content.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools (with the Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Demonstrates a high level of creative originality and provides valuable insights to aid in strategic business planning.
  • Familiarity with Gamification.
  • Familiarity with aligning and driving marketing and brand principles.
  • A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects.
