Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources, education, business or area relevant to the clinical trial industry
  • 1-2 years of experience designing and developing technical course materials using proven instructional design methodologies
  • Experience in Adobe Animate, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline 360, PowerPoint, InDesign, Document360, understanding technical specifications
  • Knowledge of eLearning solutions for software application training
  • Experience developing content suited for multiple delivery channels (instructor-led, online virtual, and self-paced eLearning and microlearning)
  • Ability to create and maintain multiple courses simultaneously
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong training skills, i.e., able to determine appropriate training methodology based on identified needs
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Experience in content management, file management, and version control
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of cross functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects from start to finish, and working effectively with external vendors as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in developing effective and efficient client training processes and procedures
  • Training new and existing Clario staff on customer training delivery procedures and best practices
  • Training Content Development that facilitates gathering customer and site training requirements for all studies
  • Creates and coordinates the production of raw content to be used in the creation of eLearning
  • Collaborates closely with subject matter experts, management, customer care, and various cross-functional teams
  • Designs curriculum for specific training programs related to product, project, and protocol-specific training deliverables
  • Schedule and conduct trainings via web
  • Design and develop new technical product training courses and resources for customers
  • Work with subject matter experts on course design and content
  • Manage activities surrounding needs assessment, design and preparation of technical training
  • Work with Engineering & Product Management to integrate new features/functionality into curriculums
  • Assist with creating and managing the technical training content repository
  • Assist with creating reproducible practices and processes to support new product launches and updates
