Candidates must possess over 5 years of extensive account, new business, and/or relationship management experience in technical environments, with a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and engaging stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, and tokenization value chains, including hands-on DeFi experience, is essential. Familiarity with traditional financial market infrastructure, decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain platforms is required. Strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, business development capabilities, and a creative, deal-oriented mindset are necessary. Expertise in tokenization of RWAs, including regulatory considerations, ecosystem players, and scalability challenges, is also required. The role requires the ability to travel 20% or more.
The Institutional Ecosystem Lead will maintain strong relationships with strategic asset issuers, driving their growth in liquidity, utility, and market cap through broader adoption in DeFi and other distribution networks. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact, understanding technical needs, proactively driving product integration, and providing exceptional account management support. This role involves establishing a comprehensive account management plan, identifying and structuring multi-party opportunities, creating and overseeing team structures for account management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions. The lead will serve as a subject matter expert in DeFi, capital markets, and blockchain applications, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies, and staying ahead of market trends in tokenization, digital asset management, and institutional blockchain adoption. Additionally, the role requires gathering user feedback to inform product development for new features and products.
