Responsibilities
The Operations Coordinator will schedule installation appointments, review pending installations, oversee the installation pipeline, manage installation paperwork, understand crew abilities and assign qualified crews, receive and maintain inventory, resolve customer issues, collect payments, and submit funding for completed jobs. They will also perform other duties as assigned and provide timely ETAs to stakeholders.
