Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, demonstrating strong technical aptitude and quantitative abilities. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools are essential, as is the ability to design and scale A/B tests and identify user growth opportunities through data analysis.
The Lead Data Analyst will own and enhance existing user growth and onboarding dashboards, identify gaps in product growth understanding, collaborate with business leaders to define key metrics and build reporting, generate insights to guide product testing roadmaps, design, measure, and scale Product A/B tests, address data availability and quality issues, create impactful data-driven presentations, and work with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to design data pipelines and develop predictive models.
