  • First sales experience
  • Enthusiasm on the phone to onboard new partner businesses
  • Authentic, open, and cordial approach to people with a confident and proactive demeanor
  • Ability to manage many contacts simultaneously, resilient to rejections; requires diligence, ambition, and commitment
  • High degree of independence, structure, and affinity for numbers; meticulous tracking of work with transparent and orderly documentation. Experience in pipeline management (with Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong drive to challenge oneself and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Full alignment with the company's philosophy and seeking a meaningful job
  • Very good German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2). Additional languages (e.g., Arabic, BKS, Turkish) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new potential partners for the app and recruit independent or small chain restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores in your area (100% telesales)
  • Introduce new partners to the Too Good To Go concept and app usage, and advise them on the best solutions for surplus food
  • Provide support to acquired partners in the first month to ensure successful integration and surplus food rescue
  • Diligently maintain activities in the Salesforce CRM system, ensure pipeline hygiene, and independently track goals
  • Cooperate closely with the rest of the sales team
