The role involves outbound sales calls, email communication, and identifying new opportunities within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Language Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in German and Polish.
    • Very good proficiency in English.
  • Experience:
    • Experience in telephone sales.
    • Experience working from home-office is an advantage.
    • Experience working in the Life Science Sector is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Understanding sales targets and funnel to provide accurate forecasts.
    • Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills to meet timelines.
  • Computer Literacy:
    • Computer literate in ‘Microsoft Office’ – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
    • Knowledge in SAP and Power BI could be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound telephone calls and communicate via email to all organizational levels and functional areas in accounts.
  • Run sales territory activities and communicate efforts clearly within other levels of the organization.
  • Understand the competitive landscape within accounts to position like or better product offerings to customers.
