Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and ideally have experience in sales, particularly within the Life Science sector. Strong communication skills in German and Polish, along with very good proficiency in English, are essential, as is computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI could be an advantage.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will make daily outbound telephone calls to generate service contract and support plan sales, proactively uncover new opportunities within assigned accounts, understand the competitive landscape, and run sales territory activities. You will also communicate efforts clearly within the organization, demonstrate critical thinking skills, multi-task to meet timelines, and enjoy working in a team and managing projects as part of a team.
