Candidates should have experience in a similar position within software solutions sales, partner organization, or IT channel sales, familiarity with selling SaaS, and familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitor’s preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills (hunting and farming) and the ability to upsell & cross-sell are also required, along with self-motivation and a proactive approach.
The Inside Sales Representative - Citrix will nurture and secure new business opportunities in designated territories, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with current partner accounts, find and recruit new customers and partners, focus on customer renewals and contract extensions, gain a high-level profile and trust within the partner base, identify sales scenarios and opportunities, and develop business to meet and exceed targets.
