Responsibilities

  • Learn about our products, industry applications, and technical solutions
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, providing basic technical guidance and recommendations
  • Prepare and manage quotes for mechanical equipment, ensuring timely delivery & follow-up
  • Support the sales team with quoting, order processing, and customer follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand product specifications
  • Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to enhance your skills
  • Utilize advanced ERP system to perform order entry, acknowledgement, status checking and expediting
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
  • Provide technical support to customers by answering questions and providing solutions to their problems for Emerson flow control products such as control valves and regulators
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
