Responsibilities

  • Sell Abbott’s POCT products to workplace customers
  • Exhibit expertise in understanding workplace customer drug testing needs and educating customers about products and services
  • Address each customer's unique needs and provide appropriate solutions based on their specific needs and interests
  • Sell products ethically in accordance with the company’s sales process and agreed marketing strategy
  • Make compelling and persuasive sales calls to designated customers (~20-25 calls per day), resulting in sales of products
  • Maintain accurate records of sales conversations and answers to probing questions
  • Maximize revenue and market share of products in territory and achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Conduct email follow-ups as needed
  • Positively influence customer product decisions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work as a collaborative partner with the field sales force to drive business and build strong customer relationships through service, support, and education aligned with sales and marketing strategies
