Requirements

High school diploma required
Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, outbound calling required
Ability to work in a goal driven environment and manage an assigned territory
High comfort level working with various technology platforms for log information and call details (i.e. Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate
Strong internal motivation and desire for quality work
Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 100% of the work day
Ability to constantly operate a computer and other standard office equipment
Ability to talk and hear to exchange accurate information
Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading
Full-time availability, including 100% onsite work with a rotational Saturday every other week

Responsibilities

Make 80-120 daily outbound calls to dealers to increase the deal pipeline
Develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers and serve as a customer success partner
Answer incoming calls and inquiries from dealer partners regarding updates and active deals
Work with dealer partners to collaborate and provide deal structure and decisions
Build strong business relationships with GLS dealership partners to secure new and additional business
Provide support on deals actively in the pipeline
