Responsibilities

  • Use a predefined target list of client/potential client decision makers and a standardized messaging strategy to qualify potential opportunities
  • Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture, and close opportunities
  • Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or net new prospects through the sales cycle
  • Assist customers in onboarding, adopting, and expanding their usage of products
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team to perform
  • Be responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management
