Responsibilities

  • Make 20–25 outbound calls daily, targeting 8+ meaningful customer interactions
  • Build trust-based relationships with assigned accounts
  • Maintain regular contact with top customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
  • Apply sales training to identify needs and present tailored solutions
  • Navigate complex sales environments across hospitals, clinics, and urgent care centers
  • Sell directly and via third-party distributors, adapting proposals to customer scenarios
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across multiple disease states and care settings
  • Lead virtual demos, training sessions, and educational events
  • Conduct account research using Salesforce.com, Power BI, Definitive, and Hospital Compare
  • Support outreach efforts, including surveys, campaigns, and event invitations
  • Manage inbound inquiries and coordinate meetings or demos for field sales
  • Provide ad hoc support (e.g., quotes, materials, follow-ups)
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com
  • Share best practices and collaborate with other ISR teams
  • Comply with company policies and exhibit professional behavior
  • Perform additional duties as needed
