Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Manager, the individual will be responsible for managing and leading a team of 10+ sales representatives, focusing on individual sales and productivity while meeting established goals. They will also oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring, monitor sales activities through CRM, provide coaching and mentoring, plan and execute team meetings, collect and analyze data to improve performance, communicate with management, and ensure accurate and timely information while handling employee timesheets and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
