Inside Sales Representative

Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of sales experience, with preference given to experience in interconnect passive electromechanical components. A college degree is preferred, and familiarity with PC skills such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word is required. Prior experience with the Arrow system is considered a plus.
As an Inside Sales Representative, the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining customer and supplier relationships, servicing customer needs, creating customer strategies and action plans, conducting territory and account planning, supporting value-added engagements, and generating profitable sales on the Arrow line card in a defined territory. They will also be involved in quotation and closure activities, and collaborating with internal and external resources to achieve results.
