Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in commercials or economics
  • At least 7 years of Sales experience in a similar industry
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience
  • Fluently speak and write Dutch & English (level C2/C1)
  • A third European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is an advantage
  • Sufficient IT knowledge to level with technical colleagues and customers
  • Highly motivated sales leader with a passion for technology and working with people
  • Consultative sales professional who actively listens to the customer and digs into their needs
  • Experience with the most innovative technology and able to give advice to customers about the best solutions and customizations

Responsibilities

  • Actively coach and mentor the Technical Sales and Sales Operations teams to grow professionally and exceed targets
  • Support the team in developing new business with new and existing clients and/or identify improvements
  • Manage the overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of CRM (Hubspot) use and best practices
  • Improve Marketing & Sales cooperation to enhance lead generation and lead-to-deal conversion for inbound motions
  • Work with OnLogic's technical, business, and procurement decision makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Assist with challenging customer requests and/or issue escalations as needed
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global team members to identify and grow opportunities
