Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically with products
  • Experience working with customer support and order handling
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and their role in customer management
  • Familiarity with customer support best practices and sales techniques
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Valid driving license

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through research, outreach, and follow-up on expressed interest
  • Understand customer needs via phone, email, and Teams to identify sales opportunities
  • Present product solutions and conduct virtual demos to support decision-making
  • Conduct virtual customer trainings to support new and current clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Negotiate and close sales, prepare orders, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain and improve CRM data to support sales tracking and customer insights
  • Coordinate calibration and shipping of instruments in collaboration with logistics
  • Support sales campaigns and identify upselling opportunities during interactions
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in risk management processes
