Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, or customer success

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients, building relationships and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers and drive revenue growth through consultative sales and campaign optimization
  • Contact existing clients via calls and emails to understand their marketing goals and recommend solutions that align with their objectives
  • Identify client needs, suggest appropriate ad products or services, and guide them through campaign setup and optimization
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues, enhance advertiser satisfaction, and meet operational KPIs
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to provide proactive recommendations
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI for clients
  • Maintain high-quality standards, timely follow-ups, and accurate documentation of client interactions
