  • Ability to work full-time shifts between 35-44 hours per week, including potential hours after 9:00pm
  • For bilingual premium: Passing score on standardized Accenture language testing and ability to handle bilingual customer inquiries via email/calls

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers from small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness
  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models
  • Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone, email, and chat
  • Speak with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization, aiming to increase customer investment and/or campaign length
  • Help clients optimize existing campaigns, reach advertising goals, optimize budgets by understanding what is working, and offer advice by implementing solutions
