Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a book of business with agency partners, developing and growing long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for partners and advertising clients
  • Lead agency management calls by cultivating strong relationships, acting as trusted advisor, sharing campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations, and pitching campaigns to drive incremental revenue
  • Manage end-to-end sales responsibility for portfolio or territory, including pipeline origination, progression, close, and post-close account management
  • Create customized pricing, quotes, and contracts using online applications
  • Retain and grow revenue within accounts
  • Develop understanding of partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
  • Document all aspects of the sales cycle in CRMs and use LinkedIn to identify potential targets
  • Participate in the development of materials needed for campaigns/programs
  • Provide support for Sales Manager with special projects, onboarding new team members, and helping team members as needed
