Requirements

  • 7+ years in learning, enablement, or sales training roles, with 3+ years in a leadership or strategy capacity
  • Proven success building or scaling enablement programs for Sales, Service, or Operations teams
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, and enablement technologies
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and analytical storytelling skills
  • Experience with Articulate, LMS platforms, Confluence, and CRM or QA systems (Genesys Cloud preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and build the end-to-end Enablement organization, including Training, Enablement, and future specialists
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, VOC, and QA to align learning programs to business outcomes
  • Establish enablement governance, success metrics, and tools to scale efficiently as the Agency grows rapidly
  • Design and deliver scalable learning systems, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing development programs
  • Maintain and evolve learning content, curricula, and assessments using platforms like Articulate, Confluence, and Google Suite
  • Drive performance enablement by translating VOC, QA, and Operations insights into actionable initiatives
  • Measure, report, and scale enablement impact by defining KPIs and using data storytelling to communicate ROI
