Requirements
Candidates should possess at least 5+ years’ experience in Linux systems administration, particularly with a DevOps-oriented background, and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies. Strong experience with server and service administration, including designing, building, monitoring, and securing Linux virtual servers and containers is required. Experience with automation tools like Ansible Automation Platform is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for administering on-premises and cloud servers and services, managing NetApp storage tier and file servers, automating routine activities using Ansible, collaborating with development and product teams on infrastructure scaling, utilizing monitoring and analysis tools like Datadog and Wazuh IDS, applying information security controls, assisting with network infrastructure management, building and supporting resilient and scalable systems, managing environmental and architectural changes, identifying technological impediments, communicating technical topics, administering applications and services, balancing operational needs with strategic initiatives, mentoring team members, participating in on-call rotations, and troubleshooting production issues.
