Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience supporting all aspects of enterprise infrastructure, networks, including layer 2 and layer 3 switching, routing and internet connectivity
2+ years working on network automation
Proven working knowledge of Python or Ansible, Github and Rest APIs
Strong background in software development principles applied to infrastructure
Specific expertise in automating the build, deployment, updates, and patch management of networking components, cloud environments, and server operating systems

Responsibilities

Design and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing, and production network environments
Implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code
Think creatively and consider issues and challenges from the Cloud & Network Operations and Engineering perspectives; while bringing a pragmatic approach to solving issues
Assess day-to-day processes and provide thoughtful and insightful automated solutions to make them more efficient
Build and maintain technical and support documentation in order to keep standards up to date
Oversee the deployment
