Responsibilities

  • Manage business operations, drive performance optimization, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
  • Work within S&C Global Network as part of the global IX Topic Advisory team, collaborating with practitioners (senior managers and above), functional/industry subject matter experts, and client account leadership to originate deals, develop conversation starters, proposals, discussion documents, preliminary analyses, and craft tailored proposals
  • Develop proposals around value creation for engineering and manufacturing heads, aligned with Accenture’s end-to-end offerings, including engineering/manufacturing digital transformation journey and strategy (e.g., transformation impacts on process, methods, tools, HR)
  • Support reimagining client products and production methods, digital thread/digital twin and manufacturing solutions implementation (covering phases from Definition to Maintenance, MOM/MES offerings, capital projects, manufacturing planning, E2E product digital thread, smart connected products, robotics), and manage relations with software vendors (e.g., Dassault Systèmes, Siemens, PTC, IBM, SAP)
  • Support business day-to-day activities and E2E transformation (e.g., act as client business team representatives for inspections, quality processes, product design, sustainability management; monitor and deliver change management)
  • Act as an extension of the client team, writing content for proposals (all or parts depending on complexity), provide single point of contact for internal clients globally, build and manage stakeholder relationships, and develop trusted partnerships
  • Help create winning proposals for IX clients (in some cases end-to-end), interacting with practitioners, subject matter experts, and other teams
  • Work with IX practice leadership to support deal proposals and origination (e.g., sales pitches, initial client conversations, positioning papers)
  • Collaborate with deal teams through proposal storyboarding sessions and align content/messaging for conversation starters, proposals, oral presentations, and other materials
  • Help build and maintain sales and delivery assets (e.g., stage-0 decks, capability overviews, playbooks, service catalogues)
  • Harvest content collaboratively to support Accenture’s global knowledge/content management teams in maintaining repositories (e.g., credentials, proposals, deliverables, resumes)
  • Coordinate work with supporting teams (e.g., graphics designers, research analysts) as a single point of contact for internal clients
