Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years), or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience with Opcenter Electronics/Camstar or Opcenter Discrete and 3 years of experience in a consulting or technical advisory role with MES solutions are required. Experience with databases like Oracle and SQL Server, programming languages such as C#, .Net, JavaScript, bootstrap, HTML5, and understanding of ISA95 and ISA88 reference architectures are also necessary. Travel may be required, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). They will collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements, evaluate system architecture options, and estimate project work. Responsibilities include producing and reviewing specifications, configuring and developing solution components, preparing and executing test and cutover plans, and providing application support. Additionally, the role involves assisting with training and change management activities.
