This is a hybrid model requiring 2 onsite days per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at one of the specified locations: Boston, MA or Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI, New York / Soho area, NY, Blue Bell, PA, or Chicago, IL.
The role involves developing a sales strategy for instore with a minimum sales target of around $30M+, and finalizing revenue targets for each account along with general managers based on past trend analysis.

A strong candidate excels in sales strategy development, achieving high revenue targets like $30M+, building collaborative cultures, partnering with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, and agencies, and demonstrating leadership through mentoring, feedback, and performance management.
