Requirements

At least 3 years experience in related roles in the retail energy sector with industry settlement and/or data knowledge (Gas industry knowledge a big plus)
Strong analytical skills, commercial interest, and ability to distinguish between what matters and what doesn’t
Proficiency or desire to code with SQL (Databricks / Spark); dbt experience a big plus
Enjoy developing use cases to solve complex problems iteratively
Curious about new and complex areas & excited by a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Interest in storytelling with data, with ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Good experience in most of the above areas, combined with a flexible and enthusiastic approach

Responsibilities

Analyse and interpret data to identify gap opportunities that improve commercial performance
Develop bespoke analysis to support product development alongside dedicated Data Engineers
Collaborate with Industry & Billing teams to create solutions that close the gap
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations that enable operations to quickly understand complex information and make informed decisions
