The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - Night Shift will oversee a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the reliable operation of production equipment and facilities within the Columbus plant. They will be responsible for scheduling maintenance activities, conducting repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Additionally, the supervisor will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, maintain accurate maintenance records, and collaborate with production teams to support operational goals.
