Instrumentation and Controls Engineer

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineer, Computer science, or a related discipline, and a minimum of five years of experience in the design and implementation of industrial control systems utilizing PLC, HMIs, Industrial Robotics, and VFD/Servo Drives. Strong programming experience with PLCs, HMIs, and related equipment is required, with preferred experience utilizing Rockwell Automation products.
The Advanced Industrial Controls Engineer will define and plan technical tasks for research and development projects, spearhead the development of new control system functionalities, oversee the execution of test strategies, collaborate on developing standard code libraries, document control system programming, participate in design reviews, conduct root cause analysis, document research findings, and potentially travel up to 30% to support customer sites.
